Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with EverNest Living. We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed from the next business day.

Delivery Times (after dispatch)
United Kingdom: 2–7 business days
United States: 5–11 business days

Your total time from order to delivery is the processing time plus the delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs checks, carrier delays or busy periods such as Christmas.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders to the UK and US, with no minimum spend.

Where Orders Ship From
We work with fulfilment partners that have warehouses in different locations, including the UK and overseas, so items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Customs & Import Duties
Some items ship from outside the destination country. Depending on local rules, import duties or taxes may apply on arrival and may be collected by the carrier. We recommend checking your local customs rules if you're unsure.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@ever-nestliving.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
