Our printable Slow Mornings Journal (PDF) normally costs £4.99. We are giving it away free to our first 40 claimants. You can claim it in either of these ways.
How to claim
- With any order: add the Slow Mornings Journal to your basket alongside any EverNest Living product. It becomes free automatically at checkout, and your download link is emailed to you straight away.
- By joining our newsletter: sign up with your email address and we'll email the journal to you.
One free journal per customer or email address. Digital downloads (such as our 5 Slow Nesting Rituals guide) don't count as a qualifying product for the free journal.
You may see this offer shared on our social channels. Following us is how you'll find the link — to send you the journal we need an email address, so you'll still need to join the newsletter or place an order to receive it.
Offer period
This offer runs from 29 September 2026 until 29 November 2026, or until the first 40 journals have been claimed, whichever happens first. We may change or end it sooner; any change will be shown on this page. It is open to customers in the United Kingdom and the United States aged 18 or over.
How we use your email
If you sign up to our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you the journal and occasional emails about cosy home and pet tips, new products and offers. If you place an order, we may send you emails about similar products unless you opt out at checkout. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time, including after receiving your journal. We will never sell your email address. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Other terms
- The journal is for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.
- The free journal has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
- If you return or cancel an order, you may keep the journal.
