How we ship
Blanket & Paw works with a small number of trusted suppliers — some in the UK who print items to order, and some who hold stock and ship directly to you. We want to be straightforward about delivery times from the start.
Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed from the next business day.
Made-to-order printed items (such as mugs, bottles and textiles) are produced specially for you, and their production time is already included in the delivery estimate below.
Delivery time
UK delivery: 4–8 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or busy periods such as Christmas. If your order contains items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Free delivery
Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Tracking
Most orders include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with any tracking details once your order has shipped. If tracking is not available for your order, we will let you know.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Something not right?
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please get in touch and we will do our best to put it right. You can reach us via our contact page.
